Our experience was excellent. We were told our windows would be ordered first and then would take at least a month before they could be installed. We were told December and that is exactly when we got them. We are thrilled. The triple pane windows not only keep our energy bills down but also cut the noise pollution way down. Great people that really care and want to make you happy. Special shout out to Charlie and Eric! Thank you for all your hard work! Thank you Melissa for keeping communication open!
